Thoughtfully furnished and decorated with natural colors is sure to put you in a calming and zen state of mind. The living room has plenty of seating and a large coffee table for everyone to gather around for game night. The updated kitchen with full-size appliances has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails in the outdoor seating area overlooking the resort's water features. Resort offers many amenities and is located in a beautiful tropical landscape and features freshwater ponds, waterfalls, and orchid walls.

There are stairs to the extra-large master bedroom loft area. This bedroom features a queen bed with an extra-large dresser and a small TV. Ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower. Bedroom number two on the lower level offers a queen bed and an Ensuite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and glass block. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that allows for an extra sleeping option. This condo allows for 8 guests maximum occupancy. Keep cool with the ocean breezes, ceiling fans plus a window AC unit in the living room area. Pack light as there is a full-size washer and dryer in this South Maui vacation condominium rental.

Please note there is not a standard oven in this condo. The kitchen features a micro hood/convection oven

Walk to a beautiful public beach. The grounds and the pool are well maintained. The unit was a little too warm in the summer. Maybe the AC needs service?

We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands many times. The location is beautiful and conveniently located close to plenty of shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. As for Condo 10-417, the view is the only thing nice about it. The place looks like it went through some renovations to the kitchen and two bathrooms, but the furniture was VERY cheap, old, and dirty, as was the carpet, which definitely wasn’t vacuumed before our arrival. The bedding is as cheap as you can get and the mattresses are ROCK-HARD in every room. The TV in the loft bedroom is non-existent, and the one in the beach facing bedroom is the size of a computer screen and a throwback from the early ‘90s at best. The lighting track in the kitchen, above the sink, was covered in dust that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the white cabinets were likewise covered in a layer of filth. The floors and showers in the three bathrooms were cringeworthy, especially the one in the loft. The toilet in the loft bathroom has ZERO flush power, so expect to flush at least three times to clear the bowl, regardless of content (#1, #2 or both). The shower/tub in the loft appears to be the only one not renovated. The tile grout was gross - filled with mildew, and the plastic tub insert was covered in filth, with hair still remaining in the drain from whoever stayed previous to us. Speaking of the shower drain, it is VERY SLOW to drain, so when you shower you’re standing in a pool of ankle-high water. We called to have it cleaned, and we’re told someone would come the following day to do so, but that never happened, so we did the best we could to clean it ourselves. As an added bonus, there was a large booger on the wall in the downstairs-beach facing bedroom next to the dresser mirror. To sum it up, the location is great, but the condo owners or property managers definitely do not spend any money on upkeep of this condo, and the cleanliness is very bad. Condo 10-417 is
