Reservations Terms

• Check-in time is: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is: 11:00 a.m.
• All rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 9.25%, Tax rate subject to change.All bookings are subject to a $40.00 reservation fee.
• A three (3) night deposit and signed Credit Card Authorization Form are required to confirm a reservation.
• The signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required regardless of method of payment.
• The Credit Card Authorization Form establishes credit and guarantees payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay.
• Deposits procured via check (payable in U.S. funds) are due within fourteen (14) days to confirm a reservation.
• Make checks payable to: Maui Condo and Home, LLC.
• Full prepayment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
• Request for a late check out can be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure subject to availability at a half day charge.
• All rates are subject to change.
• In compliance with State Law, all units are non-smoking.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A housekeeping service fee will be added for stays less than four (4) nights.

Cancellation Policy

For a deposit refund, less a $150.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
